If you’re looking for a weight-loss-at-all-cost approach to eating, this workshop isn’t the right fit for you. Some participants may experience a shift on the scale as a result of adopting a more balanced approach to food and eating and more mindfulness about bodily cues and sensations, but weight loss is not the focus of this workshop.

Yes! This workshop has intuitive eating principles and ideas throughout interspersed with valuable mindfulness training that you won’t find anywhere else. Noah doesn’t teach the nutrition and eating side in his other events and Paige doesn’t teach the in-depth mindfulness concepts that will be explored in this workshop. This is truly a unique event!

Often what’s missing for many who struggle with food and/or body isn’t the nutrition knowledge, but the know-how for successful application of these principles. This workshop will take a unique approach to dive deep into the best of mindfulness as a practice in combination with understanding how to apply those concepts to your eating and your relationship with your body.

The April 7 date will be the first ever Mindful Eating Workshop. Noah and Paige are open to the idea of doing more events in the future, and you are welcome to join the email list if you’d like to be the first to know of any future events. Reach out to us individually if you have a specific location you’d like to see the workshop somewhere near you.

Even if you’ve never taken a nutrition class, this workshop will be appropriate to help you dive deep into healing your relationship with food. We all need to eat and it’s so common to struggle to navigate all of the nuances and complexities that come from such a busy life. This workshop will help you understand the basics of why dieting hasn’t worked in the past, and what you can do instead to enhance your overall health and well being.

Yes! We’d love to have you join us. All material in this workshop is intended for a lay audience, but principles discussed throughout the workshop are extremely applicable in the therapeutic environment and we’d love to see you there. The workshop has not been pre-approved for any continuing education credit, although, you may want to look into whether or not you could apply the hours in the workshop toward continuing education for your particular credentialing agency. All material in the workshop is copyrighted and requires written permission for reuse in one-on-one work with clients.
